Requirements:

1. SPM and above
2. Non-experience candidate are encouraged to apply
3. Able to communicate with all levels
4. Computer literate and Excellent in oral and written in English

Responsibilities:

1. Attend to all walk-in customers/visitors and provide excellent “customer service”
2. Co-ordinate mails, dispatch and courier services
3. Provide administrative/finance support as and when assigned
4. Ensure sufficient stationery supplies in the office
5. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when necessary

Requirements:

* A Degree in Accountancy / Finance and/or other professional accounting qualifications such as CPA / ACCA / CIMA.
* Minimum 3 – 4 years related working experience.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for supervising a team of accounting staff to perform daily and monthly finance and accounting functions and operations.

* Assist in financial planning, able to prepare and consolidate financial reports / statement, budgets and forecasts.
