Assistant Vice President, Deposits (Product Development)

Work Location : Kuala Lumpur

The Job:
Responsible for the deliverance of Deposits’ business performance in volumes, margins and revenues.
Execute and implement actions to achieve Deposit strategy through various initiatives covering pricing; distribution and product.
Increase focus on existing transactional capabilities to align and support Deposit strategy.
Review portfolio management in terms of product development; balance building initiatives; distribution development and management as well as service improvements.

Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years working experience in product development and campaign management preferably in financial services.
Prior experience with managing Deposits product will be a definite advantage.
Strong experience and exposure in consumer marketing; product research & development and campaign management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Result orientated, a team player who demonstrates strong analytical skills and planning & organizational skills.

The Job:
Head the Inbound queue in the Contact Centre
Manage the overall Inbound team to ensure desired Key Performance Index(KPI) and ensure turn around time for Banks customers are met.
Initiate, participate and lead process improvement initiatives/projects to drive contact centre operational excellence, work cross functional to close operation issues.
Manage Cross Functional Synergy- to support Business Units in marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring desired objectives are achieved and continuosly provide feedback to Business Units
Ensure staff adher to the Banking Act, the contact centre Standard Operating Procedure and call handling method and procedures
Responsible in delivering new customer experience strategies
To drive service level, quality and efficiency of the Contact Centre
Responsible in boosting staff morale and work to minimize attrition rates
Conduct interviews as and when required

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and in leading Team Leaders in a Contact Centre environment is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
